IP Stack
The Open Door
IP Stack is a technology advisory in New York’s Capital Region. They sit beside a business while it chooses its internet, phone, cloud and security, and lay the providers out side by side, in plain English.
Buying technology is loud, so we made the quietest website we could, in the spirit of Luis Barragán, who made calm out of coloured walls and still water. One purple, lifted from the loading screen of their old website, on a great deal of warm white, and pictures of places where nothing is in a hurry: a stone path across still water to an open door.
Every paragraph puts its point first, in ink, and lets the rest follow in grey. A small table shows who does what, a dot each for you, IP Stack and the provider. And the page ends on a line that was already theirs, with two chairs and two coffees beside it: Coffee is on us. It all starts with a conversation.
