What is collected
The project flow collects the words, reference links, and optional reference image you choose to share, your name, your email address, and the type of work you are asking about. For paid commissions, Stripe also records the payment and transaction details needed to process it.
How it is used
The information is used to understand the brief, deliver the work, answer you personally, keep transaction records, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. It is not sold and it is not added to an unrelated mailing list.
The services involved
Stripe processes card details, Resend delivers follow-up messages, and Vercel hosts the website, its operational logs, and any reference image in private file storage. Card numbers never pass through or remain on the Ornate Werks website.
Keeping and removing information
Briefs and correspondence are kept for as long as the project or a reasonable follow-up requires. Payment and business records may be kept longer where the law requires it. To ask what is held about you, correct it, or request deletion where possible, write to will@ornatewerks.com.
